The Color Guard is a special organization that represents the Gator Battalion by ceremonially presenting the Colors (National Flag) at school and community events. They appear at football games, basketball games, community parades, and special functions hosted by Everglades High School and community organizations.

The Color Guard Team participates in competitions throughout the county, state, as well as the national competition held annually in Daytona Beach, Florida. The teams are graded for precision, synchronization and accuracy of movement during a prescribed color guard program.
